We didn't like the options for the breakfast burrito, so we asked for a tortilla on the side of the ham and cheese breakfast. The response? "Um, no. We can't do that." She didn't even so much as pretend to go ask if it could be done. I proceeded to ask if we could get a tortilla for an additional charge. The answer? A straight "No". Unacceptable service. It's unfortunate that poor service and mediocre food is one of the only options of breakfast on this island.December 27, 2016
